RETURN PROCESS

Quickly and easily return your item(s) by shooting us an email! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Sassys Trinkets Gift card. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, email us prior to submitting a return. Underwear and custom items are non-returnable.

TURN AROUND TIMES (TAT)

Turn around time for non-custom items is 3-5 business days (not including shipping times).
